Leader Mittland Plus is implementing the project Prepared Neighborhoods Mittland, a project to spread knowledge about civil preparedness, but also to gather residents to get to know each other and map out what resources are available locally in the event of a crisis.
The purpose of the project is to inspire rural areas to prepare for increased preparedness through local networks and knowledge acquisition as well as to map the efforts being made for increased preparedness in our leader area.
Knowing your neighbor has been identified as a very important part of local preparedness. The project therefore conducts ”Preparedness Coffee,” a way to meet locally and discuss preparedness.
In the project, we will spread information by holding information and inspiration meetings, individual meetings, and coaching for associations and rural areas that want to start their preparedness journey.
We like to tell about Prepared Neighborhoods wanting to help rural areas get started, so if you want us to come to you and tell you more, get in touch with us! Read more about the project on our website.
