Leader Mittland Plus is a non-profit association and the board is elected by the association's members at the annual meeting in April each year.
To ensure that there are eligible members for all positions and with the right distribution between both sector and geography, the association has a nomination committee. The nomination committee's work is ongoing throughout the year.

Leader Mittland Plus nomination committee

The task of the nomination committee is to nominate board members to the local action group's board. The nomination committee strives to achieve diversity in terms of geography, gender, age, and competence, as well as ensuring that the different sectors—non-profit, private, and public—are properly represented. The work of the nomination committee is governed by the association's statutes and by a job description for the nomination committee. 

The nomination committee consists of:

  • Yngve Hamberg, Bräcke, chair
  • Hans Forsberg, Sundsvall
  • Karin Bergfors, Timrå
  • Mårten Arrefjäll, Ånge
