Our association is called LAG. It stands for local action group. The activities of our association are governed by our LAG board.
Our board
Our board consists of individuals from the public, private (business), and non-profit sectors (association life) – a three-partnership. Every year, our LAG board is appointed at the association's annual meeting, following a proposal from the nomination committee. It is the LAG board that makes all prioritization decisions for the allocation of project funds and leads the activities strategically.
The board consists of 12 regular members and 8 substitutes with the right to attend, with a distribution of at least 60/40 between women and men. The different sectors in the Leader Mittland plus association are evenly distributed.
