The goal of the project is that at least 10 micro-projects should have been implemented.

About the Project

Leader Mittland Plus has been granted support for the project umbrella Smart village, a so-called umbrella project.

In the preparatory work for the development of the leader area's development strategy, the need to create opportunities for young people to implement and drive their own project ideas was highlighted. The model with quick micro-support fits the target group, and therefore the Leader Association has chosen to apply for an umbrella project to make it easier for the projects to get started.

The project should be able to provide micro-support for young people's ideas in rural areas, and they are the young people who themselves decide what is needed for them.

From the application

”The Leader Association wants to stimulate these efforts through the simplified procedure for project owners that the umbrella project model entails.”
