The preliminary study Strengthened conditions for young people's joy of movement will investigate how SCA Arena and the arena area in Timrå municipality can be developed into a hub for joy of movement, community, and safety.

Modellen med snabba mikrostöd passar målgruppen, och därför har Leaderföreningen valt att ansöka om ett paraplyprojekt för att göra det lättare för projekten att komma igång.
